For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds over chat, phone or email. If you would like to cancel and refund a product, you can find the refund option in your order history to the right of your order details.

⚠️ Domain Refund Policy! The domain fee is Non-refundable once your domain has been Successfully Registered, Transferred and Renewed. As there is no way to reverse with our registrar, so refund is not possible.

All new Web Hosting accounts are covered by 7 - 30 Working days Money Back Guarantee.
If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 7 - 30 Working days of holding an active account, we will issue a full refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.

⚠️ NOTE - Money-Back Guarantee is not valid for clients who violate any of our Service Policies. We have all the right to decline a refund when you are in violation.
